A Rock Chick to Remember

Liza Wolfe has been compared to many great female artistes from Janis Joplin, Tina Turner, Cher to Chrissy Hynde. The reasons behind these comparisons is that she encompasses all that has been great about a strong female vocalist and she crams it into one powerful package.

Liza has performed along side Top Artistes such as Ruby Turner, Jocelyn Brown, Sinnita and Holly Johnson . Also she has supported the legendary Rory Gallagher, Dr Feelgood & Girlschool, to name a few.

Although her roots lay in rock and blues she has progressed into singing a variety of styles across the board from classic rock, pop and soul to Abba! She has the reputation of the origional Rock Chick fronting her powerful band, but over the past few years has become an established solo artist as well, playing pubs & clubs across the country. Two years ago she took on the role of playing Frieda in a Top Abba tribute act which has taken her around the world. head lining on cruise ships and over to the Middle East.

Liza has a wealth of experience playing pubs/clubs/social clubs/ holiday parks not to mention fronting several established local function bands performing at weddings ,function and corporate events.

Liza is available solo, accompanied with the Liza Wolfe Band, (4 or 5 piece band) for all types of events covering classic songs from the 60/70/80's and contempory. The band with their unique funky edge will certainly rock the party.
